How do I make a Return or Exchange?
All returns/exchanges/refunds must occur within 7 days of delivery date. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us via email at shopthegroovygoat@gmail.com and we can arrange for an exchange or refund.
Items for return must be in the same condition that you received it. Products must be returned to us in its original or similar packaging to avoid shipping damage. You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
For exchanges, let us know what you would like in exchange. We will contact you if there is a difference in price and send your new product out as soon as we receive the items back that didn’t work. Shipping the exchanged item(s) only is covered by us. If you do an add on item, shipping will be charged to you.

Can I return Clearance or Final Sale items?
No. Clearance, Final Sale and Flash Sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Item
If you have a damaged/defective item, email us at shopthegroovygoat@gmail.com with your order number and a picture of the damage and we are happy to replace your items free of cost.
How long to get my refund?
Refunds for returns will be processed when we receive your return order. A refund will be issued to the original payment method. This could take up to 3-7 business days.
