How long does it take to receive an order?

Typically it takes 2-3 business days to ship your order to you. We can’t control the mail but we do our very best to ship products the next business day from ordering. Depending on your method of shipment it could take 3-7 days for USPS delivery. A tracking number will be sent to your email to check progress after we create the shipping label.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to go out the door and be shipped to you.

How do I make a Return or Exchange?

All returns/exchanges/refunds must occur within 7 days of delivery date. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us via email at shopthegroovygoat@gmail.com and we can arrange for an exchange or refund.

Items for return must be in the same condition that you received it. Products must be returned to us in its original or similar packaging to avoid shipping damage. You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

For exchanges, let us know what you would like in exchange. We will contact you if there is a difference in price and send your new product out as soon as we receive the items back that didn’t work. Shipping the exchanged item(s) only is covered by us. If you do an add on item, shipping will be charged to you.

Can I return Clearance or Final Sale items?

No. Clearance, Final Sale and Flash Sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Item

If you have a damaged/defective item, email us at shopthegroovygoat@gmail.com with your order number and a picture of the damage and we are happy to replace your items free of cost.

How long to get my refund?

Refunds for returns will be processed when we receive your return order. A refund will be issued to the original payment method. This could take up to 3-7 business days.

Do you ship International?

Not at this time.

Do you ship to a mail forwarding service?

We can, however we will not warranty our products after it has been verified received by the forwarding service. This is a complete trust by the company you use, and does not reflect on our items purchased if they are damaged. This service will not be honored with refunds/exchanges. All sales are final.

Do you have gift certificates?

Not at this time, but soon our friends!

Do you offer store credit?

Not at this time.

We’ve been in your store and saw all the amazing local wine selection. Can you ship wine?

We would absolutely love to ship wine, however Alabama law says we can not at this time. So next time you’re in the shop be sure to load up on all your favorites! We offer a groovy case discount (12 bottles) so you can take home all your favorites.

Where are you located?

You can find our physical store at 6086 AL HWY 117 Mentone, AL 35984. We run seasonal specific hours, be sure to hop on Google to make sure we are open during your visit!
